These cover reading this website. They are deliberately short, because a marketing site needs few of them. The agreement that governs actual work is a separate, signed one.

This site is operated by SWStrategies LLC, Dallas, Texas. By using it you accept what is on this page. If you do not, please do not use the site.
Nothing here is an offer or a contract
The pages on this site describe what we do and what we have done. They are not an offer of services, a quotation, or a commitment to any price, timeline or outcome. Nothing here creates a client relationship. Work between us begins only under a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and that agreement governs — not this website.
That includes the things we offer freely. We do mean the free first conversation and the guidance that goes with it, and we will not invoice you for them. But they are offered as a courtesy, carry no warranty, and you should treat anything we say in them as an informed opinion rather than professional advice you can rely on without checking.
About the case studies and the numbers
The results described on this site come from real engagements. Client names are withheld where our agreements require it, and we can substantiate the work privately on request.
Every project is different. Nothing in those case studies is a prediction or a guarantee of what would happen on yours, and you should not read them as one.
What belongs to us
The text, diagrams, layout, code and images on this site belong to SWStrategies LLC or to the people we licensed them from. The architecture diagrams in particular are our own work.
You are welcome to read the site, print pages, and share links with colleagues — that is what it is for. Please do not republish substantial parts of it as your own, or use our name, logo or material to suggest a relationship or endorsement that does not exist. Quoting us with attribution and a link is fine.

What you send us
Please do not send confidential information through the contact form. It is ordinary email underneath, and a first message is not the place for anything sensitive. If we need to discuss something confidential, we will put a mutual NDA in place first — and we are happy to do that early.
Do not use the form for anything unlawful, and do not try to break, overload or probe the site. If you believe you have found a security problem, please tell us at info@swstrategies.com rather than demonstrating it, and we will take it seriously.

We link to other sites, including everTest and LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for what is on them.
The site is provided as it is
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be either at any given moment. To the fullest extent the law allows, SWStrategies LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in it affects the terms of a signed agreement between us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and any dispute about this website belongs in the courts of Texas.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.
