In a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, KPMG needed a robust solution to automate the retrieval of Know Your Customer (KYC) data from over 800 regulatory sites worldwide. These sites operated in multiple languages and frequently changed formats, making accurate and timely data collection highly complex. “Bots”—automated programs for tasks like web scraping—were essential, but previous attempts failed due to high costs of development and maintenance. The Solution

SWStrategies leveraged ZenVerify, a cutting-edge RPA platform, to build and deploy over 800 bots for collecting KYC data from regulatory sites globally.
